As Chief Science Officer, Doug is focused on advancing the science and application of leadership assessments, including the responsible and ethical use of AI. He also oversees R&D processes and innovation investments.

As Chief Information Officer, Julie Simmons leads DDI's global technology strategy for its suite of leadership products as well as its internal data and systems infrastructure.

Jazmine believes passionately in the mission of building better leaders and is responsible for the business strategy and execution for DDI鈥檚 U.S. market.鈥
